When the availability of the goods will be verified, you will receive an e-mail to confirm and the shipping costs proper to the products you selected, to the Town/Country of destination and to the shipping modalities.

ATTENTION. The order will be cancelled if both the parties do not agree upon the shipping modalities.

Then Stonest srl will provide to dispatch you the ordered products via express delivery. The payment shall be done following the payment modalities selected during the on-line placement of the order.

Delivery times
The delivery times of the goods depends on the availability of the requested products and the payment methods you chose.The goods will be dispatched usually via express delivery (FedEx, Bartolini, SDA, TNT), and delivered in an average time of 2/5 working days from the date on which the customer’s order was delivered, depending on where you live.

The delivery time of the available goods in stock may vary from 2 to 9 working days from the date on which the customer’s order was delivered.

The average delivery times are:

• Credit Card Payment: 1/3 working days from the date on which the customer's order was delivered
• Bank Transfer Payment: 3/5 working days from the date on which the bank transfer is received

ATTENTION. For your first order, a control of your data will be necessary: we will contact you by phone on office hours. The order will be confirmed after the telephonic check. In case of an unsuccessful contact, the order will be delayed. It does not depend on the chosen payment methods. If you are not contactable on office hours, please send an e-mail with the availability hours (the controls keep on up to 18,00).

Taxes and international shipping
The customer must verify the sum of the taxes/duties on the purchased products required by the country of destination (this sum must be paid by the customer and it is not included in the sales price). The customer must also search for information on eventual prohibitions and limitations on the import of the purchased products. In case of block or problems at the costums inspection, we will not collect the product or refund its payment to the customer.
