Who can exercise the right of withdrawal
The physical persons (customers), who act with purposes different from the commercial activities, can exercise the right of withdrawal. The purchases performed by sellers, firms or physical persons acting with commercial purposes are excluded by the right of withdrawal.

What is the right of withdrawal
The customer shall have a period of 10 days in which to return, at his/her own expense, any products failing to meet with his/her satisfaction. This period shall run from the date on which the customer's order was delivered. The sums paid will be refunded.The term for the exercise of the right of withdrawal is up to 3 months, if the supplier did not fulfil the informative obligations quoted in the Art. 4.lgs d. n 185/99.When the purchase of a good is combined with a complimentary good, the right of withdrawal will be exercised by the return of both the goods, because the entity of the second is tightly bound to the purchase of the first.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal
Before contacting the Customer Service, it is necessary to have the following documents and data:

• Original bill (you must display the number of order, of bill and of customer code);
• In case of partial withdrawal, besides the purchase bill, the code of the item/s;
• Bank coordinates to obtain the bank transfer (Cod. ABI - CAB – Current Account of the bill holder);

Successively it is necessary to contact the Customer Service of madeincarrara.com to obtain the return authorization (number RMA). To contact the Customer Service send a registered letter to: Stonest srl Customer Care Viale G. Galilei, 32 - 54031 Carrara (MS) Italy, including a written and signed declaration of the will to use the right of withdrawal, summing up all the data required before.

How to return a product
After obtaining the return authorization, pack properly the goods to save their original packaging from any damage, writing or label.

Write or pin on the item, in a visibile place, the RMA number.
Send the goods (at the customer’s expense) to the following address: Stonest srl Viale G. Galilei, 32 - 54031 Carrara (MS) Italy.

Stonest srl will refuse the dispatches without the authorization number on the packing, which will be returned to the sender.

ATTENTION: we suggest to send the goods via express delivery to allow the tracking of the dispatch. Stonest srl will not refund the cost of the returned goods, when the goods will not be received. The goods travel at the sender’s own risk.

Cautions
Stonest srl will not accept and return to the customer:
- the products without their original packaging, accessories and handbooks;
- the damaged, worn or unduly opened products;
- he products returned without activating the request of intervention to the Customer Service
- the products returned not following the sending modalities of the Customer Service.
In these events, the charges for shipping the returned product shall be borne by the customer.

Times of repayment
Where the right of withdrawal is correctly exercised, Stonest srl shall make every effort to reimburse the customer within 30 working days, with the exception of the costs of return and the reinstatement of eventual damages.(art. 5, paragraph 6, Lgs D. n. 185 del 22/05/1999).
