How to search a product
You can search a product by its commercial category under the heading (catalogue). Once you have found the product, a preview image (it is possibile to enlarge it), a informative description, eventual price reductions and price of the item are displayed.

How to order a product
As in a supermarket, the selected product is placed in a basket, clicking on the special key (add to order).

If you want, you can come back to visit the other areas of the Site and to put other products in the basket. From the basket page it is possible to vary the quantity of the selected products, to take out some of them and to place and confirm the order.

To place the order click on the key (place your order).

Select the payment methods, the shipping modalities and the favourite carrier among the displayed ones.

Select the key (next) and a detailed summary of the orders will be displayed, with the total, final amount of money, you will pay for your purchase.

Click on the key (next) you will be asked to compile a form with your personal data, necessary for the billing and the dispatching of the purchased product. Now you are ready to send your order.

You will receive in few seconds automatically an e-mail, confirming the receipt of your order and displaying a summary of the ordered products, your personal data and a check code of the order tracking.

The delivery will follow the modalities chosen by the customer. Stonest srl proposes, before dispatching the goods, to ask every information useful to verify exactness and precision of the shipping data shown in the customer’s order and to communicate the transport costs (not included in the order).

How to take a product out of the basket
Viewing the basket page (accessibile from every page, clicking on the key (basket), placed on the options bar at the top of the page) you will find the key (empty basket): clicking on it the basket will be automatically cleared out.

How to vary the number of products in the basket
Correct the quantity of products writing the number on the special box and update the basket clicking on the key (up-date) on the right. The sums will be re-calculated. If you want to take a product out of the basket, enter the value “0” and click on the key (update).
